By registering as a member and using this website:
You represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older, that you are a freelance technician in the events industry, an authorised representative of a production company, an event organiser, an authorised representative of a venue or an authorised representative of an equipment or service supplier, as appropriate to the type of membership for which you have registered, and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All paid-for memberships are for an initial period of 12 months. Within the last 30 days of your membership you will be able to use a feature on the profile settings page to allow you to renew your membership for a further 12 months. Payment will be taken via PayPal. You will also receive an email during the last 30 days of your membership to alert you to the fact that your membership is due to expire and to remind you to renew it.
If you are a freelance technician, your membership is ongoing, with no fixed expiry date. Subject to our right to suspend or hide profiles, your membership will continue until you choose to terminate it.
You may terminate your membership in writing at any time either by writing to Tekk Space Limited, 2 Severn Street, Chopwell, Newcastle, NE17 7BY, UK or by e-mailing info@tekkspace.com. If you terminate your membership, you will continue to enjoy access to the website until the end of your pre-paid membership period. No refunds will be made in such a case. If you are a freelance technician, termination of your membership will be effective immediately on our receipt of your notice of termination.
